1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated playspin policies:
- "playspin" or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the playspin online gaming platform at playspin.org, holding a valid PAGCOR license for online gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Platform" refers to the playspin website, all associated subdomains, any playspin mobile application, and all services, games, and features made available thereon.

- "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player upon successful completion of the playspin registration and verification process.
- "Wallet" means the virtual currency balance held in your playspin Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback awards, or other non-deposit incentives credited to your Account by playspin.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money wager amount that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification – the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money-laundering legislation.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, and orders of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming, including but not limited to the laws administered by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
By registering an account on playspin, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have provided truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. playspin reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time.
2.2 Jurisdiction & Residency
The playspin Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. You must not register or use the Platform if doing so would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of playspin is lawful in your location.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To register a valid playspin account, you must:
- Provide a valid email address that you own and control;
- Create a secure password meeting playspin's minimum complexity requirements;
- Provide your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address;
- Provide a valid Philippine mobile number;
- Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age;
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the playspin Privacy Policy;
- Complete email verification within 24 hours of registration.

3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your playspin login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify playspin support immediately at [email protected]. playspin will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving notification. playspin accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep login credentials confidential.
3.2 KYC Verification
Before withdrawals are enabled, all playspin accounts must complete KYC verification. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document (accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, and driver's licence). playspin may also request proof of address and/or source of funds for larger transactions, as required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
KYC verification is typically completed within two (2) business hours during weekday operating hours. Until KYC is completed, deposits may be accepted but withdrawal requests will be held pending verification.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that all information on your playspin account is accurate, current, and complete at all times. You are required to notify playspin promptly if any registered information changes. playspin reserves the right to suspend accounts where material discrepancies between registered information and KYC documents are identified.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
playspin supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (deposits only via Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier (deposits only). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum single deposit: ₱100
- Minimum single withdrawal: ₱200
- Maximum single withdrawal without enhanced verification: ₱100,000
- Withdrawal amounts above ₱100,000 require additional source-of-funds documentation per AMLC regulations
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
playspin targets the following standard processing times once a withdrawal request has been approved and KYC is complete:
- GCash and PayMaya: under 15 minutes for Silver tier and above; instant for Gold and Diamond tiers
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank: within 1 business hour
- First withdrawal from a new payment method: up to 24 hours pending manual review
playspin does not charge withdrawal fees. Banking delays beyond playspin's control do not constitute a breach of these processing time commitments.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement
All funds deposited to your playspin account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spin awards, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by playspin are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page. As a general reference:
- Welcome Deposit Bonus: 25× the bonus amount
- Daily Login Bonus: 10× the bonus amount
- Weekly Cashback: no wagering requirement
- Refer-a-Friend Bonus: no wagering requirement
5.3 Bonus Abuse
playspin reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or symmetrical betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploiting technical errors or gaps in bonus terms; and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements.
6. Gameplay & Betting Rules
6.1 Game Integrity & RNG
All casino games offered on playspin use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP rates are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-run average return to the player. playspin does not modify RTP rates outside of published game configurations. Live dealer games use physical dealing and spinning mechanisms governed by the rules of the respective game provider.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before a wager is placed. playspin reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice. Existing open bets will be settled at the limits applicable at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors
In the event of a software malfunction, network disruption, or any technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, playspin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. playspin will not honour payouts arising from manifest technical errors, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, game engine malfunctions, or software bugs. The determination of a manifest error is at playspin's reasonable discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the playspin Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
- Registering more than one account per individual;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or playspin employees to manipulate game outcomes;
- Charging back deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds for wagering;
- Depositing or wagering funds obtained through criminal activity;
- Accessing or attempting to access the playspin Platform through a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens playspin staff or other players.
8. Responsible Gaming
playspin is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all playspin players directly from the account dashboard:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
- Session time limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined play session;
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform – this cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the playspin Platform – including but not limited to the playspin brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audio – is the proprietary intellectual property of playspin or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from playspin. Reverse engineering any playspin software is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, playspin's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform – whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playspin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if playspin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
playspin is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from: (a) events beyond playspin's reasonable control, including Internet or network failures; (b) a Player's own errors, including misread odds, incorrect bet selections, or failure to log out of a shared device; (c) unauthorised access to an account due to a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
11. Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by playspin
playspin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or if such action is required to comply with Applicable Law or a direction from PAGCOR.
Upon suspension for cause, playspin may withhold your balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, playspin reserves the right to forfeit the balance to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
11.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your playspin account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
12. Disputes & Governing Law
12.1 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint or dispute with playspin, you must first raise it with playspin's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the nature of the dispute, the date(s) involved, and any relevant transaction IDs. playspin will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels. playspin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated review.
12.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Philippines, being the location of PAGCOR's principal offices.
13. Amendments to These Terms
playspin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material – including changes to bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or eligibility requirements – playspin will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
